Gatorade Discussion: Gabapentin for Foot Cramps

Ear twitches are gone!!!!......at least for now! We're paying close attention to this Gatorade discussion that's going on. Very interesting! Someone mentioned Gabapentin for foot cramps....heard of that?

I found drinking a large amount of water daily..like 2 gallons over the course of a day made a huge difference in calf/foot cramps...Lynn

I recently heard of a woman who died from drinking too much water, it upset her electrolyte balance. I don't know how much is too much, but 2 gallons sounds like a lot.

drink lots of smart water.. it has all the electrolytes without the sugar.. valium klonopin and or oxycodone work wonders
