Gastritis, Stomach Pain and Anxiety

Hi Harvest,

funnily enough, I have just been through the same ordeal.
I've had this in the past and I think it is gastritis.
I would see my GP about it and get anti acid remedies. Sometimes the stomach pain can affect the back as well.
Anxiety can make your digestion a nightmare...

Hi,

I too had that problem last year and it was a small hiatal hernia. It isn't a big deal and it did cause me stomach and back pain. If I sit wrong for a long period of time I will still get the pain. I would go see a gastro and not worry to much. Easier said than done. Try also to sit long and straight how we all should sit but never do and see if you get any relief. Could also be reflux.
