Read a good thing about weakness. Not muscle weakness but fear that leads to weakness. It is very hard to overcome fear. Trust me I know. Don't give yourself a double whammy and be frustrated that you are held captive by your fear. Fear is real and can be very debilitating. Hang in there and grab on to ANYTHING that helps you gain control of your emotions. Even if it is something small like a book, a walk, art, music, praying, hang on to that until you can pass thru this.BTW In the bible it says "fear not" 365 times.

While there is something to be commended about a person who can spot their weaknesses and accept themselves in spite of them, it's also very important that you do not define yourself by your weaknesses. If you are, then you could be making excuses for yourself which hold you back in many areas of life. You may not be living up to your true potential because you allow yourself to be held back by weaknesses.DD
