For about a week now on and off both my legs and arms have been tingeling not like pin *beep* tingly but kind of like a fuzzy sort of feeling. I am also getting this on different spots on my face along with kind of a chilled sensation. It happened for about 3 days last month but I decided it was just me being nervous about things. Along with these things I have been kinda dizzy and upset stomach and really tired. My body also feels like it keeps tightening for no reason. Oh and wierd headaches too. I know the tingeling stuff can be expected but all the other things along with it ? Also how long does this stuff hang on at a stretch. Its really irratating and kinda scarey. Is this common bfs?

I get that chilled sensation on my face quite frequently. As for the other symptoms you describe, are you on any meds? The headaches, dizziness, and nausea sound like side effects.

My BFS certainly gives rise to the feeling that someone has just poured a glass of icy water down by leg. This happens often and sounds similar to what you describe. This has obvioulsy made you a bit worrid and I wonder whether some of the symptoms you are getting e.g. upset tummy are related to this?Good luckSimon

hi, I am not on any meds twin but sometimes I wish I was. I am kinda worried about this. The thing is it started with the dizziness and stomach stuff I think. I dont know mabey it is all worry. This stuff is really bothering me. Im not really thinking very clearly either kinda like when you are totally exhausted. I like that the tingly stuff points away from you know what, but I am just concerned its not going to go away and I am going to feel like this forever. I know i sound like a baby .The wierd thing is its kinda eerily simalar to how all this started almost a year ago, just alot worse it seems. I hope its not something that I should be worried about I geuss. Still have the tongue issues also. Nothing seems to fit together as far as symptoms that I know of, wich I geuss is a good thing. simon, thankyou you again for taking the time to respond. You too twin. Barb

I certainly recognize this and my impression is that few people here are so bothered with sensory stuff that I am. just read my posts.. I hope you can tell me how you are now? hope you are better and that I will be... hugs
