Frequent Twitching in my Hands/Wrists?

Do any of you guys get twitches in small fine muscles of your hands and wrist? I've been having a hot spot here and I find at night I have to lay my arms flat out. If I bend my arms in to my body I feel them more at night.

Yes on the palm of my hand. I notice it will go c razy when I get stressed out or if I'm really tired. Anxiety seems to trigger it for me. It's more like tiny blood vessels are going into spasm and my fleshy part of my palm will be moving nonstop until my nerves finally calm down.
