Frequent Muscle Spasms: Anyone?

I'm a bit nervous as recently I have them there quite often, on both hands. During the last 5 years, I have them from time to time but its now pretty often, also the muscles on the top of my hand. Anyone else?

on my left hand for some 4 years now / intermittent /, I didn't notice any muscle wasting or weakness so far I don't pay attention any more..

one more thing - while riding my motorcycle / very fast / I get cramps there which is very annoying but that won't stop me from riding no way!

Docen,Absolutely. This is one of my more common twitches. Right between my thumb and index on both hands. I get them everyday and there are times when I can feel them but can't quite see them. However, I do get some pretty big thumpers there as well. I also get lots on the tops of my hand and in my palms. -Matt
