Frequent Fasciculations in Same Places

...I did not look into this forum...i have had several injections of vitamine b12 and thought my fascics have become less....but unfortunately they are back again....my left sole of the foot, my knees, shoulders, calfs and even my ass is twitching again.....do you also have the fascics at the same places again and again, not like a hotspot but my twitches just above the knee and at the bottom are coming at going, but the appear mostly at the same place......? are you similar with this?

absolutely. I have the twitches coming and going, but usually they hit the same spot each time, but above my knee, shoulders, etc are common. E
