Foot Twitching - Anyone Else Experiencing?

Hi,just wanted to ask - doesn anyone (except me and Laurent) twitch too in the sole of their foot? Today I saw twitches in the middle of my feet. I still have them on the instep, now for more than 2 weeks..sometimes pretty strong in the bulky area of abductor hallucis..a lot of them I cannot feel (those below my big toe).Some of them are quite strong, its like you press your arm and feel the pulse.My second question - it is normall for you to have them on more places in one muscle? For example in the upper part of muscle, then in the middle, then in the lower part..but still in one muscle.Thanks

Hi Savanturn, Are you aware of how common this symptom is for BFS? Perhaps this is why you don't get many replies - not because no one has those, but rather because this is the most banal symptom (along with calf twitching). I've commented several times on twitches in feet (posted by you and Laurent) so have many on this board... To answer your question, YES I twitch everywhere in my feet, though my left foot is much more twitchy (every day). YES I get (occasionally) some aggressive twitches in instep and abductor hallucis. As a bonus my toes twitch as well. YES it's annoying. YES I had 3 clean EMG's. YES they stuck the needle in my foot. YES this is BFS and NO YOU DON'T HAVE ALS.Regards,May

I do to, sometimes I have hot spots in the sole... Very sensitive area, so very disturbing...Also I used to have several twitchings in the same muscle like you
