Foot Pain and Anxiety Issues

Hey all,I was hoping to see if any of you have experienced anything similar to what is occurring in me now that is skyrocketing my anxiety.I have been having pain in both of my feet---again it is sort of a tightness pain, mid-foot, sole of foot---and I wouldn't think that it is an actual cramp though it may in fact be. My left foot did have a "charlie-horse" like spasm about 2 weeks ago and occasionally the pain feels like that is going to start but never does. Its not a neruopathic pain as it never burns and I have no decreased sensation.Do any of you experience this? Should I be concerned that these are the dreaded spasms of the disease that I dare not mention. I have been walking on my heels/toes to check that I still have normal strength and this does not seem to be an issue. It is concerning me however that it seems like my feet could spasm very easily. Thanks all.

My feet frequently hurt as if I've been standing on them all day. I've gotten used to this feeling as it started even before my BFS symptoms. My hands also feel achey at times in a similar way. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Just the usual BFS BS.

I have episodes of severe foot pain since I developed fasciculation which I have been unable to put down to any particular cause. I went to the length of getting an USS done to rule out things like plantar fasciitis although clinically I could kind of tell that it wasn't this anyway. I found that orthotics to correct my mild pes planus a little helpful in reducing the frequency and severity of these attacks.RegardsSimon

I got that.It is migrating neurological pain on the sensory pathway. I got that mainly in feet (sole, big toe ... etc) but i had that too in the back for example. They came suddenly then they are gone or move to other area. You have many type of sensory nerves that carry:Pain typeTemperature typePressure typeFine touch typeCrude touch typeOn the motor side there is not a lot of type so you can get:Twitches (single or repetitive at the same place), cramps, loss of strength (some % up to full)So since in BFS there is a sensory involvement, any of the above may (if it is involved in your "crap") give you:Migrating painsMigrating hot/cold sensation"bee stinging" sensationsImpaired touch sensations (loss of some % sensations, allodynia) up to numbness.... etc
