As a follow up for another problem, I once again made my GP do a thorough neuro exam.
His reply was "strength and reflexes couldn't be more normal"
For those of you that may have worried over "brisk" reflexes, I had an exam a year ago where mine were brisk - they are now normal (as Gary said in a post; anxiety, meds, anything can cause brisk reflexes---and in a number of people, they are quite normal)
My doc remains unconcerned with my twitching, but is checking my magnesium and thyroid at my own request (there is a new thyroid test out which can detect a problem that the normal test cannot)
Anyway, I wanted to post this to let others know that my twitching is now going on 5 1/2 months, and all is normal
