This is a follow up question to one I asked over the weekend. I may have confused people on the way it was written. I have had two abnormal EMG's from two different Neorologist Centers, one local and one at a major MDA clinic. They found diffuse insertional activities, 1+ fibs, +1 fasiculations and Positive sharp waves and some kind of myopathic process going on in lower extremities- something about recruitment and muaps and stuff I don't understand. I was sent to another neurologist and he did some test on one ankle and said I tested positive for a pnh cramp fasiciculation syndrome or muscle pain fasiciculation syndrome. I have read a lot on this website over the weekend and everyone seems to get a clean EMG except for fasics. How can you have an abnormal EMG and be diagnosed with cramp-fasiciculation syndrome? I am not concerned about ALS. The first two Doctors can only say I have a neuromuscular disorder but did not mention CBFS.
