First MS Diagnosis Questions

Hi Everyone, this is my first post and I am full of questions. First let me tell you a little bit about my medical history.

In 2002 I was told by my GP and two neurologists that I most likely had MS. But further tests were required. My MRI was full of small lesions thruout the white matter of both hemispheres of my brain. I had some spacisity and stronger than normal reflexes. I then had to move to another part of the country and changed neurologists. My new neurologist said I did not have MS and that I needed to go somewhere else for diagnosis, so I went to the Cleveland Clinic. They said it was not MS and did not know what the problem was. I then went to Mayo, the neurologist there said is was definitely not MS and my exam was pretty normal except for some nerve damage in my legs and feet. The doctor said the lesions in my brain were probably caused by an Ischemic condition. I have since found out my blood oxygen during sleep drops to 60% and this may be the cause of the lesions. The apnea at this point is untreated because I cannot find a tolerable treatment.

I found your site after looking up faciculations, this has been a problem for me for a few years now, although at times they diminish. Sometimes my calfs look like there is a bag of worms right under the skin, same with my feet, and upper arms. I also have changes in my face that make me self-conscious. I have sinking spells where I am incapable of doing much of anything. I have a lot of sensory things going on and muscle pain. I often get foot cramps especially in my sleep. I have recently lost over 40 lbs unintentionally and am quite underweight. I eat what ever I want and as much as I want and still lose weight. This weight issue has got me a little nervous.

So much of my problems sounds so much like BFS but I cannot find anything about weight loss. Could someone please advise me? Thank you for your help.
