First Few Twitching-Free Days

this past weekend i had my first few days in months that i wasn't twitching all day long. my head twitches stopped completely. my arm and leg twitches were hardly noticible at all. but today they're all back with a vengence. i can even feel it in my jaw! i feel like my face wants to keep scrunching up. i have my doctor appointment tomorrow. i just hope he can help and not refer me out to some neurologist. i don't know how much more of this i can take.

Hang in there buddy. It'll get better. I've had the "face thing" but I only really notice it when I think about it.

Since I've started ignoring my symptoms I've been having less symptoms.
