Fingers Wrinkled: Atrophy or Nothing?

Before all my pains, twitches etc started I never really scoured my legs etc.. Well, the tips of my fingers look kinda wrikled now. I am 33, not sure if they have been like this or if I am just noticing now etc. Could that be a sign of atrophy? Its on most of my finger...they almost look like when your fingers have been in water too long but not as heavy of marks.

No kidding - I had the exact same thing. This eventually went away. Are you exercising very intensely? Have you recently started taking Lexapro or a drug like Cipro??

Oh really? Laugh...thats good to know-I thought the pads were muscles. Its odd, its like I have been in water but not as severe, I see it more on somewhat the side of the tip. Maybe I have always had it and only noticed it now but I dont think soI have been on doxy for a bit. I did also read it could be related to thyroid issues too. I still think I may have some thyroid stuff going on causing these nerve pains, cracking etc....I just find it hard to believe I could have lyme since I live in the city.

I have had the finger fears as well, I showed it to a Neuro and he basically laughed. It could have always been that way, could be the weather, could be alot of things. I just read a post where someone was advising to try and avoid examing our bodies, and that is some good advice, it does absolutely no good.
