yes i get those not much.. today my finger twitched for the first time in a couple years.. you can feel tthe tug of the muscle,, thump

This is one of my worst hot-spots. Thumps so hard, you can see it through my coat. I showed it to my co-worker once, and she went, "EW! What is WRONG with you? Do you have an electrolyte imbalance?"

Yes, I have those too.
I've also had them in my bicep.
Last year, while in Reno on a weekend "getaway", My bicep thumped for two days straight.
My husband said it was from playing too many slots

I had this twitch for a month everyday. I drove me nut's. It went away and now I only get it once in a while. I do get the rapid firing one's and the thumping one's somewhere on me throughout the day. It will subside.
