Have been getting a pain in my right index finger .It feels like a wave of pain that only lasts a couple of seconds and then goes off. This comes and goes but has been happening for the last couple of days..........anyone else get this.

I have a lot of pain in my hands. I've had carpal tunnel syndrome off and on for about 5.5 years.Right now as I type this my left ring finger is hurting a lot.MND/ALS do not cause pain or change in sensation.

Steve, I have intermittent pain sometimes but mostly in my arm: shoulder & elbow and to a lesser extent the hand. I find pain to be reassuring in that it is not the A word.

For me the sensation of pain/ stiffness/ awkwardness is in the R calf. It has been like this for probably about a year now. It makes me feel as if I am limping but I'm not. It's always there but varies in intensity randomly with time.CheersS

I am sorry you have pain. Sometimes me too... not sure if that is encouraging or a bummer.Anyway like an earlier poster I find this reassuring because pain means something is alive... and maybe healing :). It is the absence of pain that would worry me more.-43RichyThe43rd
