Finger Pain like Lightening/Pulsation

Hi!I'm having more and more painful fingers - often the pain feels like lightening or a pulsation - comes and goes and comes and goes. It an happen i all my fingers. Before it was mostly in my little and ring fingers,but now it can be in all fingers, including the tumb - or where the tumb "starts". I have tremors, but the pain seems to happen with or without tremor. It is very painful when it happens, but often it just last for a few seconds and then is totally over, and then it happens over and over again, many "lightenings" every minute. Is this familiar to some of you? Is it a BFS symptom? I feel like the pain is the same "sort" that I have had A LOT in my legs. Another strange ting I have found out: The days I have most pain, I have often less fasciculations and less paresthesias, and the days I have a lot of fasciculations then I often have less paresthesias and less pain, and the days I have a lot of paresthesias, I often have less fasciculations and pain. Isn't that strange?? I never happens that I have a day where everything (all of my symptoms) are less/minor or a day that I have a lot of all the symtoms..Is it like that for any of you?Hugs to you all

Hi,I had severe pain in all fingers for a couple of weeks, then bodywide twiching started. With the twitching the pain nearly vanished. From time to time I feel slight pain in the fingers but nothing as a year before. There is no pain if the fingers are in rest, and no reason for the pain could be found.Kind RegardsSteffen
