first let me say this; Its not that bad around here. I have been here 5 years and this place has always had squabbles, disagrements........ When you have this many people with various opinions there will be spats. Honestly about year ago it seemed much much worse. There are lots of very smart people around here. This place has lots of potential. I see a lot of smart caring people. I kinda like this place right nowThis place MUST keep going. ok here are my tips1.) Use the PM's. If you are angry with someone. Keep it PERSONAL. hence the name PM. Trust me. The more the PM is used the better. BTW don't just use th PM to attack someone. You can ask personal questions also.2.) One thing I see less around here that i used to see is people on the "Off Lounge" site. Me personally, i didn't go there much because I did not have time, howevr I saw lots more people talking about things like; birthday partys, bad jokes, dirty jokes 
, movies, TV shows, drinking to much.......... Things other then BFS. 3.) Trust the vets!!! don't trust some article that is 10 years old. Nothing makes a Vet leave here faster then saying the ame thing OVER AND OVER again and nobody listening. Voice your fears., but listen to us.4.) can't remember the fourth one.To be continued!........DD
