My hands shake, vibrate, twitch, fingers flopping all over place. Yes when I hold something like the phone my hand and arm shake. They tremor to. Also when I use my hands and arms alot , espeicaly in the profession I'm in, When I'm done playing a round of golf my hands tremor,shake, jerk you name it. When I grip something and let go my fingers bend all over place. This has been going on for almost two years
now. Lately when getting out of bed in the morning my arms are numb from elbows down and shake alot but quickly resolves itself after moving around.
