Feeling Hopeful Again Thanks to You

I haven't posted or even been on this site for quite a while now - not sure why? So hi all!!

I think alot of us could relate to Uber's post. It's been a year since I started twitching and now after almost one year some weeks rather than hours are better than others! Hey it's progress here! Twitches are 200% better than they used to be. And, I'm not worried about sinister illnesses as I once was. I know now that my twitches as annoying as they are- are not going to be the death of me.

What I think has helped (but not entirely certain), kickboxing & yoga, supplements such as: taking calcium/mag every night before bed. this took a LONG time. Omega 3 - I have bad days when I forget to take it for a few days or so I think, Milk thistle, B vitamins. What I find that makes them worse enzyme pills specifically amalyse, green tea (which I love), hangovers, and stress (no duh).

For all of you stressing and researching what this could possibly be, you may not get a medical diagnosis other than this BFS. I think it's only natural to want to know what is wrong with you so I'm not going to say don't look up every possible senario of what this could be because you're going to anyway. just be careful there is alot of crazy info out there. stay right here. this site helped me through it. if anything it helped me feel "normal".
