Fasciculations during Muscle Tension?

Hey guys was sitting on toilet of all places and was tensing my calf in my leg then I noticed I would get a fasciculation while it was tensed up. I released it and tensed it again and it did the same thing right in the middle of the calf. I though BFS occured in resting muscle not when you tense it? I am really worried now after having a good day, should I go back and get it looked at again?

NO, you just have to try to accept that you have BFS...Normally it happens indeed in muscles without tense, but there are always exceptions.It happens to me too, and I live with it since 1990.Just try to accept and don't worry about a condition that is benigne.
