Fascics on EMG are OK?

I had a second EMG yesterday on both legs (twitching pretty constantly). There were fascics on the EMG in my calves (no surprise - I can see them myself :)) and both my tibialis anterior muscles (the muscle on the front of the shin), which I've never observed or even looked for. Anyone else have fascics on EMG in their TA muscles?

Besides fascics, the EMG was clean except for a single complex repetitive discharge in one TA muscle. No fibs or sharp waves, and she couldn't get the CRD to repeat. The neuro said that it almost certainly wasn't ALS-related, and lumped it in with the fascics. She said it was more likely due to either a long-standing injury, pinched nerve, or minor peripheral nerve damage, and might have just been "one of those things". However, she wants to do an NCV study to rule out peripheral neuropathy.

I've had calf and instep fascics off and on since at least mid-July (about three months), and the single CRD was the only possible evidence of (chronic) denervation. Also, she tested a different muscle on the same nerve root as the one with the CRD, and did multiple insertions on the TA muscle; both found nothing except occasional fascics on the TA. Would this be considered a clean EMG? I'm trying very hard to relax a bit and treat this as good news.
