Far Infrared Sauna

After we got back from a vacation to Finland, where we had the chance to use the hotel's sauna almost every day, my wife and I decided to buy a small far infrared sauna cabin. We didn't primarily buy it for health reasons - we just found the whole sauna experience very relaxing. Although I had read that sauna visits are often prescribed for Fibromyalgia patients, I didn't think that thing would work so well.Anyway, after having had the sauna for a week I can say the following:- 30 minutes in the heat cabin GREATLY reduces the pain I've had in my arms and hands. This morning I woke up pain-free for the first time in about 5 years. The pain has since returned (after 4 hours of typing on a computer keyboard) but the couple of hours of relief were a massively positive experience- I've only had the sauna for a week but I've already lost more than a pound. While I personally don't believe that the sauna itself makes you lose weight (which is often claimed), I think that together with my jogging routine, the sweating in the sauna gets rid of the fat that is dissolved while running more quickly. Yes, I'm drinking plenty of liquids.- my skin is all soft now, which I don't really care about (but my wife likes it).I've always experienced taking hot baths or showers as very positive but the infrared heaters take this to a whole new level. If you're fit enough to sauna, should definitely give this a trydawiz
