Facial Twitches, Voice Strained and Breaking

Blip again. I have twitches still everywhere but at present it's more so in my face, chin and neck. Lasts about 30 seconds each time. My voice still strained when talking for long periods. My voice still breaks when I shout. Still no neuro Still self diagnosis still needing people to share similar issues sorry :-/

Same here i been at it for more then 2 years, mostly on left side of body,face.But seems like my hot spot is face,eyes,neck.I got some trouble swallowing,breathing and voice is going south.
