Facial Spasm in Smile Lines

Has anyone ever gotten a facial spasm in their "smile lines" when they are outside squinting in the sun or if they smile. I was at my daughter's soccer game this weekend and noticed when I squinted, the left side of my face next to my mouth would start to quiver. Scared me very much. Of course, looked it up on the internet and went into sheer panic. Help!!:?

I get twitches by the corner of my mouth a lot. The ones that scare me are the ones on my head. Anyone get these?

I have not gotten them (yet), but I have read other threads where people mention them. Are your twitches next to your mouth like a quick twitch or are they like a quiver? Thanks so much for the reply.
