Eye Strain and Motion Sensations

Sometimes that motion sensation can actually be an inner ear disorder as well as sometimes just a tremor type of reaction. It is generally benign and as long as you are not falling out of bed or veering into walls you should not need to do anything about it. If you are then you need to have your ears checked. The rest are normal and eye strain is typical with computer screens, you may want to get a glare shield.
I think you are fine.

I've experienced something like this about 10 years ago, right after a
brief hospital stay. It was diagnosed as, benign positional vertigo, little
calcium deposits start to float around in your inner ear fluid and that is
what gives you the spinning feeling as you shift your head or position.
The way to get over it, the Dr told me is to actually put your head in different positions to try and bring it on. It usually goes away on its own in 3-4 week. It can be caused by an infection or by advancing age. Listen to Kit tough, she's the expert and if it is realy bothersome
go see a Dr and have your ears checked.
