Lyle-- my eyes have had me concerned about MS as well, and the pain I had in it a few weeks ago actually had me researching optic neuritis. Turns out I had just scratched my eye.
I've got tons and tons of floaters, I get these weird zig zaggy lines of light, my eyes are sensitive to fluorescent light (it gives me headaches, sometimes migraines). I woke up this morning with diminished sight in my right eye and parasthesia on a spot on my right leg. I'm also in my mid 20s.
But this can probably be explained by the fact that my job has me in front of a computer pretty much all day and when I go home at night, I spend a decent amount of time watching 3 hour baseball games or playing video games on a 40 inch LCD tv.
The diminished sight in my eye went away as I woke up more. The tingling spot on my shin is still there, but I just assume thats bfs. Also, never underestimate how lack of sleep can mess with your vision. If you don't have a healthy sleeping pattern, your eyes can really mess with you and it can cause a lot of headaches. So your body is probably trying to tell you something, but it most likely has nothing to do with MS.
