First of all your fine, second you don't need another emg one was enough. I have cramping , twitching all over for almost two years now espeically in the hand and calves. You have bfs. It's hard to believe you have a benign conditions but thats what it is benign. There many people on this board that started out with your symptoms so try to relax.
