Exploring Bone/Nerve Pain Symptoms

I get random pain that last for seconds and them jumps to another location. But it doesn't feel like muscle pain. It feel like its deep inside the bone. It not very painful but more of a tooth ache type of sensation. I can't tell if that is considered nerve pain or bone pain.Could this be BFS? Does anyone else experience this??

I know what you mean by this kind of pain/sensation. I didn't get random pains, for me the pain was mainly present in my arms. The first months I had this kind of pain 24/7. Very difficult to describe and it's what you described, it feels like a tootache kind of pain. Very annoying and it drove me mad. I'm quite sure it's some kind of nerve pain.

I completely agree! I feel crazy and everyone around me thinks Im losing it lol. The reality is that it happens and it's weird... I have to constantly convince myself that it's BFS an not yet another disease that I think I have. The past year I have had so many weird symptoms from BFS that my doctor cant keep track with the amount of test being done for various strange symptoms.BFS is like a cruel joke that dosn't go away.

It is a cruel jokeMoving symptoms are understandably frustrating for doctors and ultimately lead them to the mind for the anxiety or stress connection. And I always think its worth treating anxiety as I am doing it for myself....it hasn't made anything go away per se but I cope better

Not only your "large fiber" that drive your muscle are "impaired" but your C fiber and A deltat Fibre on the sensory pathway.A deltat fibre are myelinated fibre with high velocity. Because of the way it travel (saltatory conduction and the speed, you have those instantaneous random stinging sensations and those sudden pain that travel from place to place. If it is C fibre you get, dull pain, tingling, pins and needle ...etcIn other words you have a bit of SFN (Small Fibre Neuropathy), probably axonal and monophasic. All the symptoms you are describing is described by SFN peoples.Don't think it help because there is no solution anyway but it give you an explanation that you are NOT crazy and it is NOT in your head NOR it is stress, anxiety and blablabla ...Doctors that are saying that should be aware to see a psy and discharge of any health responsibilities and should go back to school  A+
