Since I've been getting sleep starts I also sometimes have something else weird and hard to explain. When I close my eyes to go to sleep, (sometimes it's before I drop off and sometimes right at the point between sleep and awake), I'll feel an almost dizzy like feeling of quick shaking or movement running through an area of my body, but I don't think it's really moving---if that makes any since at all. This morning when drifting back to sleep I felt it in my neck---it felt like a fleeting shaking but don't think it was really moving, kind of like that same dizzy like "feeling" when you dream you're falling but know you really haven't fallen when you wake up. It's like that falling feeling but in different areas of the body. It's not the same as a sleep start or jerk. Hard to describe....anyone had something similar? Thanks, Denise
