Trip, I get the cramps, or I call them pre-clamps. Dont go to full blown cramps, just the start of one, when the muscle starts to tense up, and it stays that way. I get them in my legs, mainly thighs. Also my toes ( at bed time!) I dont get a lot, but they have lasted for an hour or two. I find if you get the muscle moving or some massage, it helps. Maybe a hot shower or bath as well ( so I've been told). I guess it loosens it up. Not unlike a normal cramp i guess. Not good when you get them and you cant move around ie a car or bus!cheersRodger
