Hi everyone I was wondering if those of you who get cramps can try to explain them what they feel like how long they last etc etc trying to understand mine that I get a little better thankstripper

Hi Tripper-I now get cramps all the time! They are not "full blown" terribly painful-but, just a slight pain & feeling of tightness! :( Usually-they are follewed, as the muscle loosens...by my dasics and myoclonus.Wet heat helps a lot! I get mine...everwhere---in thighs, calves, biceps, neck, back--What about yours? Do you get them all over like me? And, are they followed by the "fasics/myoclonus" after the muscle loosens? k-I had posted a couple times about cramps---glad you posted! Get back- :) :) Christian

Trip, I get the cramps, or I call them pre-clamps. Dont go to full blown cramps, just the start of one, when the muscle starts to tense up, and it stays that way. I get them in my legs, mainly thighs. Also my toes ( at bed time!) I dont get a lot, but they have lasted for an hour or two. I find if you get the muscle moving or some massage, it helps. Maybe a hot shower or bath as well ( so I've been told). I guess it loosens it up. Not unlike a normal cramp i guess. Not good when you get them and you cant move around ie a car or bus!cheersRodger
