Experiencing Shoulder/Upper Arm Hotspot

Has anyone experienced shoulder/upper arm hotspot for days or weeks? It makes me pretty nervous...never had hotspot longer than few minutes and now, all day my arm twitch in slow frequency..Thanks

A twitch is just a twitch some last a minute some last...well longer.Annoying but not life threatening.Just a hint, dont try and 'normalize' or define your BFS...to do so is fraught with danger!!seeyaRodger

Having hot spots that last longer than a few minutes is common for me. So it having a hot spot for only a few minutes, for that matter.

Gosh, it still has not stopped yet I have never had hotspot in arms for week like now.
