Hi all,
It is 6 months with twitches and it has decreased at times and increased at times, but all in all not to concerned about it anymore.
I know many have said they have noticed increase in twitches with exercise and jelly legs and arms too. I just started to try to get back into shape. I did 30 minute toning video, spending only 1min to 2 on each exercise. I could not even do a modified push up without feeling my arms quiver and after doing all the other exercises I have the jelly legs too. What I am wondering is if any of you have been exercisers prior to BFS and when you first start exercising what should you expect and how far should you push yourself?
Are shaky arms and legs a sign of deconditioning? I just had my stress/echo test done and I can still walk my 13 minutes and can do my regular 2-3 mile walks without problems but I am guessing this is different when targeting certain muscle groups. I never could do a push-up,,but holding part of my weight on a modified push up is shaky business.
The twitches in my legs and feet kicked in after doing the exercises. Now they have settled down again. I guess having back problems to boot does not help the situation..
Any tips on getting back into it?
Happy New Year all! (starting my resolutions a few hours earlier!)
