Exercise and BFS: A Poll

It seems that workout and exercise tends to lower symptoms on some persons. It is also my case. I would like to make a little poll about this topic.1st question: How much exercise did you do BEFORE BFS?A) Almost neverB) From time to time (when time and motivation enough)C) Once a weekD) Almost every day2nd Question: How would you quantify the benefits of workout on your symptoms?1) Worse than before2) No effects3) A little bit better4) betterFor me: B4

Q1: D (although as BFSB said, I'm sort of in-between C and D, as I usually work out about 4X per week)Q2: I could answer either 1 or 2. In the short-term, my fasciculations always flare up after a workout -- I can feel my calves and feet twitching full-force on the drive home from the gym! But that fades when I return to my desk job. In the long-term, I would have to say "no effect" by default, because I haven't really increased or decreased my workouts since before BFS, so it's speculative to say if I'd be better or worse without it. I don't get exercise intolerance or pain or unreasonable fatigue from working out, so it's certainly not worse because of it.

D1. But I havent been consistant enough with my exercises yet for them to provide any benefit. I am trying the TwitchBFS 'grandma' approach and see if that works.
