I have been down the MS road. My neuro stated that an MRI is one of many tools to diagnose MS . I have some spots but even that is not definitive for a diagnosis of MS.
My neuro does not use EPT as a tool for diagnosing MS due to the sensitivity of MRI's.
I have asked about the twitches/tremors and he has stated that twitches are not a symptom of MS. I have asked three seperate neuros this and received the same answer.
