I have read alot about what people call an essential tremor. Are your tremors daily? I have tremors that are daily, but vary from time to time on how bad they shake. The shaking is always there though. It mostly affects my right side index and middle finger. My left hand also has shaking in my left index finger but not as severe. The shaking is usually the worst when I hold my hand out in front of me or when I try to raise my fingers. Does anyone else experience this? Also they shake much worse after a hot shower or doing a lot of lifting or work. They shake rapidly from side to side. I don't know if this sounds similar to what others experience when they talk about hand shaking. I'm not expecting any kind of diagnosis in fact I have been dealing with problems for almost two years with all sorts of test run and no one seems to have the answers. I do have constant muscle twitching that comes and goes as it pleases. My neuro has seen my tremors but they say they are so mild they are hard to say what they are just yet. In fact two neuro.'s thought they were mild but they still effect me. I am just wondering if this sounds remotely familiar to anyone. It is probably my biggest concern right now. I appreciate anyone who could shed some light with their own experiences. Also one last thing my hand will actually shake up and down if I hold my wrist at just the right angle. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
