End of Vacation, Nostril Twitch GONE!

Well, some good news to report! In addition to my calves (24/7) and other random areas, I have been bothered by a continuously twitching and cramping right nostril for 4 months. The legs and other areas don't bother me too much, but that nose.... Uggghhh....what a frustrating twitch...

I was on vacation last week, and the darn thing was really flared up for most of the week. But...right at the end of the week...the nose suddenly stopped. It has been 7 days since I have had any twitch or cramp in my nose...that is the longest, by far, that this thing has ever been calm. I mean the whole darn twitch has just shut off...

Vacation was good, but it wasn't one of those "all time great and memorable relaxing vacations" (I have 4 kids 10 and under!). But, perhaps the anxiety finally let go enough to allow some healing?

The calves still go 24/7--but--I'll take any victory at this point.

Just wanted to share...

Awesome. I think I'd like to go camping and just RELAX !!! let it all go and enjoy the time. Glad your anxiety levels are down and your spirits up. It's nice to read a topic that has a positive title :)

Update....the nose twitch remains MIA. Thank god!

Calves still pop. And I have an old twitch that has become somewhat more frequent--my upper right chest muscle--as the muscle merges into the shoulder. Like I said, have had this one for a while, but it did seem to pick up some. I am hopeful this is working its way out, maybe from top to bottom. I know that right before the nose twitch stopped, it was exceptionally bad the week before it quit--so perhaps the chest muscle will quit next!

I used to get the chest on all the time, right in that same spot, especially when I was driving ... annoying ... man .... The hot-spots just seem to move wherever they feel ...
