I also had fascics on the EMG on my legs, along with a single complex repetitive discharge. The neuro who performed the EMG said that the CRD fell into the same category as the fascics. She did a few extra pokes on the side with the CRD, and didn't find anything else unusual. She pointed out that a CRD would be due to an older injury, and isn't typically a sign of ongoing denervation, as would be expected in an MND. She felt that the CRD might be due to slight nerve pinching higher up (in the spine, perhaps) or maybe an old (minor) injury.
