Thanks for asking. The neuro said everything was normal. Yay! Of course my hotspot in my hand that has been going on and off for a month now, chose not to be active today. 
I guess it doesn't matter though. He stuck me in that muscle too and saw nothing sinister.
He also said he's had a twitch in his hand, in his eyelid, and one in his leg for 30 years!

PS Twitches frequently dissapear when we enter a neurologist's office. It's one of those funny little quirks of this condition.

Interesting comment by Sir_Trouserz on how the twitching and othe symptoms disappear when you go into the Neurologist office for testing. That is what exactly happened to me when I had my EMG. As soon as I left, the twitching, muscle pain, and all the other symptoms returned. I guess it showed the power of the mind. Congratulations on your great EMG test.
