Both of my elbows twitch all the time. It's the outer part of my elbow. They hurt and tingle down my arms. Is this something I should be worried about. Can it start in your elbows. I've been diagnosed with BFS and like everyone else worry with fear. Any sugestions would be great. Thanks!
