I have complained about elbow twitching on here for nearly 3 years. It is worse than ever now. Has anyone ever had that little muscle directly above their elbow go bananas on them for an extended period of time? Its been a month for me and it is going very rapid, like 2 per second without stopping. Its right where the ulnar nerve is located. In addition to that, the anconeus muscle on my right arm is also going 24/7 and I can visibly see other fasciculations (several per minute) all up and down my arms. Can anyone relate to this?

Seems like you are at the extreme end of the twitching spectrum.That said, I've twitched in all those places (once I'd googled 'anconeus' 
) and for relatively long periods. You seem to have it worse than most of us, but that doesn't mean you have anything different from us.GlowGreen
