Hi allI am now 8months into BFS and still my symptoms continue to change. My twitching is still with me every day especially calves and feet, plus foot cramping, toes dancing etc.My question though to you good people isdoes anyone get a lot of pain in there elbow? #=I have just had a nerve conduction study done on both arms and the arm that is giving me pain and pinky and ring finger going numb at night results show no nerve problems, however my right arm that only occasionally give me problems with numb fingers has an Ulnar problem at the elbow!!!Does this make sense to anyone??The Dr has given me anti inflammatory tables for my arm that is hurting but it this normal for BFSany comments would be greatly appreciatedAlso what can I do for the pain and will it go awayThanks

I have a lot of ulnar symtoms in my hands (both at night, every night one hand falls asleep and is at least tingling. Some day I wake up with severe elbow pain that last through a day. Ok, it is not so severe that I need medication, but I have pain holding things. I watch how I sleep, no more curling elbows and wrists etc. and it doesn't seem to help. I am thinking maybe I get so stiff mucles at night it cuts my circulation. But yes, elbow pain it typical for ulnar problems but it should not be only elbow pain, the pain in real entrapement shopuld go down the pinky I think usually.

The latest week I'e gotten elbow pain every night and most of the days. The whole arm is very painful, but worst around the elbow. I've lost completely the feeling in pinky and little finger most nights, but that started along time before the pain in the elbow and my NCT and SEP was normal.....

Arms/shoulder/elbow issues and changing symptoms are very familiar to me.Eventually your pain will go away but you have to take it one step a time, it is a slow process. I take hot baths, go to fysiotherapy, accupuncture, use muscle cream etc.... The pain doesn't go away but it somewhat relieves the pain issues.
