I have been twitching off and on for over a year. I have been taking amino acids, B12, magnesium, gatorade and anything else I come across that might help. Well, the twitching KNOCK-ON-WOOD is a little better. But now my right palm, right calf, and right foot are cramping. I guess I'm worried because *** presents first on one side. My right arm feels sore at times and every morning when I wake up my right arm is tingling. My right thigh also feels sore when my little boy sits on my lap. Thats not to say all my symptoms are one sided. My left hand tingles at times and while I have been on the internet today my left foot has fallen asleep. I twitch all over on both sides, but since this cramping on the right has come on, I have noticed most of my twitching is on the left. I can still walk 40 mins on treadmill or outside with no problems and I have been lifting hand weights every morning with no weakness. I know alot of people have cramping with BFS, I am just wondering if anyone notices more symptoms on one side versus the other.
