Do Invisible Bruises Come with BFS?

I know that the elbow shocks are quite common with BFS, and I have them ALL THE TIME!!! but how about the feeling of invisible bruises. I have really sore spots on my arms, that really hurt when I press on them, but no bruising of the skin. Anybody ever had that?

I have spots like that all over my left leg. My guess is that those are kind of like mini cramps. I think the muscle starts to cramp, but it never goes all the way. So when you press on it, it feels like a bruise because the muscle is all sore. That's just my guess. On me those spots tend to come and go.

I get the shocks, usually in my hands/wrists more often than my elbows. And I also have experienced what could be described as "invisible bruises" sometimes in my arms, shoulders, legs. I've never tried to determine the exact cause but did attribute it to BFS in some way. Either way, its nothing to be worried about.

How about just random pain? I started having this a few weeks ago, it hurts each time in a diferent place (arms, thighs, hands, feet) and it seems like it is pain in the veins, but that makes no sense... It lasts maybe a few seconds and stops. Dont know if this is BFS or my thyroid hormones, or none of the above.. But I am quite upset, I was hoping it would get better but is has been a few weeks and just seems to get worse. anyone have this?????

I get stuff like that all the time. It's why I agree with the people who think that BFS and Fibromyalgia are a part of the same spectrum. You just get random pain in random places for no reason.
