Do I Have Tremor?

Does anybody here have tremor when doing certain positions?My right index finger trembles like crazy when I extend my hand and get it close to my middle finger without toutching it.

I have this tremor for 4 months now. all the time I put my hand on this position it starts to tremble. I feel a kind of disconfort on the finger before the tremor starts.

I have had this in my hand 24/7 since 9/2009 very annoying.
