Do I Have Super Glue On Me?

This is the best way i can think to explain this feeling. Does anyone else ever get the sensation that they have super glue on part off their hand or anywhere else, even though nothing is there.

Does it almost feel like your sense of touch is dulled or partially numb so it just feels odd?

I guess the best way to describe it is that it feels like something foreign is in my hand. I noticed that hand looks a bit more shrively than my other one, so now my paranoid mind is thinking some kind of sensory response to a newly atrophied area. You now how the mind works in these cases. My head also feels very heavy today, which raises the usual alarm bells too. More reasonably though, I have some kind of neck tension that is causing the sensory issue in my hand.
