Dizziness and BCFS: Update

I have been diagnosed with BCFS 6 months ago but I have noticed a few changes. In the last 2 months I have been getting dizzy feelings and every once in a while I have this weird neck/head "jerk" and my head gets real dizzy but it only lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. Some days I have the constant dizziness and others I don't. When I get the dizziness it's all day but hardly noticable if that makes sense. I was just wondering if anyone has been experiencing this? I take no Meds/or other home remedies for BCFS.

Mack: Dizziness has been an issue for me at times. Sometimes so severe that I actually have vertigo. I've had at least 3 episodes of vertigo since all this started.Cindy
