Discussing Symptoms of BSF

I haven't been officially diagnosed with BSF, but it seems to fit the bill for me for the most part. I have a few other symptoms and I would like to hear from other ppl what other symptoms they have in addition to twitches and anxiety.

Mine are:
- myoclonus (hypnic jerks when falling asleep);
- feeling of vibration in my legs (this one flares up from time to time);
- occasional dizziness;
- rubbery feelings in legs (not weakness, when I get that feeling I do 20-30 squats and it helps).

My symptoms currently include the following:
-floaters/flashers
-buzzing in calves
-muscle stiffness
-what feels like nerve pain in arms
-(and of course twitches)

When the twitches started I also had:
-rapid heartrate
-back pain
-leg pain
-internal jitters
-lots of joint popping
-weakness in arm
-muscle pain

For what its worth here is a list of my symptoms that I relate to BFS, though at some point in time I think anything unusual is related:

Started out as twitch between thumb and index finger very noticable for months.

Twitch switched to other thumb months later after first disappeared

Eye lid twitch appeared after second hand twitch disappeared. Eye twitch spread to both eye lids. Was embarssing and noticed by friends and workers. This comes and goes but has recently returned out of nowhere.

Calves then started to twitch. The more noticable as time went on.( The most constant continuing symptom to this day as well as foot arch twitching.)

Twitches spread to whole body including shoulders, triceps, Hamstring and even scalp. (This group of twitches comes and goes)

Jitters in the jaw and shoulders right when I wake up and right as I am falling asleep. Like the shivers only weirder and more difficult to explain. This may bug me the most because it seems so unusual to me.

Transient tingling in patches on my legs that is very light.

Hands going numb at night.

Cramps or almost cramps in calves and arches of feet at night and in the morning.

Twitching increases when I am stressed or tired or not busy.

I feel "shaky" at times when I am doing fine motor coordination stuff,but I often think I am imagining it.

Racing/fast heart rate noticed by doctors and unusual for level of excercise I do which stumps the docs.

A new visible twitch of a big muscle can come out of nowhere last for three days and then never return.

Besides twitches...

1) soreness and stiffness (very substantial, and aggravated by exercise)

2) buzzing and other strange sensations

3) strange shakiness and perceived (but not real) weakness in arms, esp at night.

4) fatigue

After that I don't trust my self-observation.

--buzzing in legs
--cramping or almost cramping in calves and feet
--joint popping
--muscle jerking
--tremors in hands (had this before BFS)
-- feelings of wobbly legs or leg freezing when I walk

There's probably more.
