cbrons, the regular ELISA is not efficient enough from what I have read. You have to have the testing done by IGENEX in California from my understanding. Insurances doesn't cover it, I think, but don't quote me, please, I think its somewhere around $150.00. And a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor) has to read them. Have you been to Lymenet.org? There is alot of info there under Newbies section. I myself am considering Lyme as my culprit, I have been tested twice with the ELISA, its been negative. Good luck.
