Diabetes Symptoms: Twitching vs. Tingling

Twitching is not a symptom of diabetes. Tingling in the extremities is. So is fatigue, blurred vision, unexplained weight loss, feeling faint, and increased appetite. A simple blood test can tell if you have it.

Recently I bought simple device in the store. Very cheap and very useful Accu-Check Active for blood glucose self-testing by Roche costed 45$. I did three measurement every morning this week. All three are under 5.5 mmol/l (normal values for adult). I have very bad habit late night eating, always something sweet. My moment of inspiration includes 100-200 g chocolate at once. I don't feel well a morning after. I'm addicted to sugar.
